Our legal documents and legal services are 100% guaranteed to be accepted by the court where you file them. If your documents are not accepted by a court, please let us know and we will refund your purchase.

You can request a refund within 3 days of purchase for any reason.

However, once we return your documents to you, unless they are not accepted by a court, there is no refund.

Regarding our divorce services, once we return the divorce documents to you, unless they are not accepted by a court, there is no refund. Though some clients choose to separately draft their own Marital Settlement Agreements, we offer, at no additional charge, a Marital Settlement Agreement to clients who purchase our divorce service. Because it is a complimentary add-on, you are not eligible for a refund for the Marital Settlement Agreement bundled with the divorce service.
