Relevant Professional Background

I was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2004 and am licensed to practice in the state of Iowa. I am a graduate of the University of Iowa (B.A., 1995) and Drake University Law School in (J.D., 2004) where I also received a mediation certification from the International Academy of Dispute Resolution. While in law school, I was production editor of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. I am a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Prior to my legal training, I spent nearly four years as a consultant working for Accenture, a large technology consulting firm. Clients included Fortune 100 companies.

I brought both my legal background and my technology consulting background to bear in the creation of this legal website, which is the first of its kind in Iowa.
